  ALIVE IN HIM It’s a new day, Growing stronger in the way, Doing everything you may, Strong foundations you lay. TRUSTING IN HIS WORD Amidst the tears, Receding fears, The Word in your ears, Casting all your cares. GOD CARES  Trusting in His Love, Looking from above, Our problems He solves, More and more He loves. VICTORY OVER TEMPTATIONS Surrounded by the lions, Makes us real champions; Climbing up the canyons, Rising from the dungeons. OUT OF GOD’S WILL  Feeling down, Checking out to town; Responding to the clown, Diminishing your crown!  SOLD OUT TO GOD In an attitude of praise, Our hands we raise.   THE GLORY OF TRIALS  Every trial is a blessing, Even though the pain lingering; His ways and His will shinning, You don’t  have to keep on whining. MOVING GOD’S HANDS Loving is the key, Bending on the knee; Praying for the need; A harvest from the seed. POWER IN THE WORD God’s Word heals, Even when we miss our meals. Not like the rolling wheels; He conquers all ills! ETERNAL REST  Heaven with streets of gold; Dwelling place of the patriarchs Of old. A haven for those who are bold, But a danger zone for those who are cold! DELIGHTING IN HIS MERCY  We are favored by His mercy, Although, sometimes, we feel hazy; Yet, the Lord is always ready, To give us something daily!  All  poems written by Ewoma.

When you were trodden down in pain; Negotiating your way to the heights of fame and glory! But you wish your journey was a bit more pleasant;  Not laden with the shame that tried to pull you down. Yet you fought your way through the thorns and thistles of life; Wavering and staggering up the ladder of success; Each step stronger than the previous one; Pushing up, up and up until you reached the highest wrung at the pinnacle.
